Brock D. Ridenour, MD FACS is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon who specializes in facial rejuvenation surgery and rhinoplasty. After serving as director of Washington University's Division of Facial Plastic Surgery for 12 years, he has been in  private practice since 2003.

Dr. Ridenour completed his undergraduate studies at Yale University, where he graduated with honor and distinction while majoring in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry.  He is a graduate of the Tulane University Medical School and later completed a post-graduate residency program in Head and Neck Surgery at UT Southwest Medical Center in Dallas.  He then went on to a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle before moving to St. Louis in 1992.

Dr. Ridenour is a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American College of Surgeons.  He is certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology.  He serves on numerous professional regional and national committees.

Well respected by his peers, he is a frequent national lecturer and author of numerous book chapters and articles on cosmetic surgery and rhinoplasty.  His office serves as a physician training site for multiple leading laser and technology corporations including Lumenis Corporation, Reliant Corporation and ACI (Bioform) Corporation. He has performed over 7,000 procedures with Botox^TM and various dermal fillers and is a Platinum Botox^TM and Juvederm^TM Provider, a Premier Radiesse^TM Provider and a member of the National Restylane^TM Advisory Board. Dr. Ridenour has also been choosen to be on the National Radiesse^TM Medical Education faculty, The National Juvederm^TM Medical Education Faculty, and has been selected to be among the first physicians in the country to use the new permanent wrinkle filler, ArteFill^TM. 

Dr. Ridenour is also a frequently lecturer on the subject of medical lasers. Dr. Ridenour serves as a physician trainer and as a "thought leader" for Reliant Corporation, makers of the Fraxel re:store^TM and Fraxel re:pair^TM  Laser Systems.
