Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), cash, cashier’s checks, and PatientFi.

Deposit Policy

All series of laser and light/energy-based or PRFM treatments must be paid in full at the time of scheduling. Single Treatments require a deposit of $150 at the time of scheduling. Notification of appointment cancellation must be received at least 2 business days in advance. Regardless of reason, failure to provide proper notification will result in a forfeiture of the deposit or $150 of the missed visit in the pre-paid series.

Prepayments for any services at a promotional discount or laser packages are not refundable, however, the payment can be applied to a different service/product.
