Brock D. Ridenour, MD FACS is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon. He is an expert in all aspects of facial aesthetics, including injectable product treatments, facial cosmetic surgery, laser treatments and cosmetic skin care.  He was formerly the director of the Division of Facial Plastic Surgery at the prestigious Washington University in St. Louis for more than a decade. Dr. Ridenour has been in private practice since 2003.

Cheryl Hazen, BSN, M.S.

Aesthetic Nurse, Laser Specialist and Nurse Injector

University of Nebraska Medical Center, B.S. in Nursing and M.S. in Nursing Education from Maryville University. Previous nursing experience in post anesthesia care unit (PACU) at Mercy Hospital and Vein Specialists in St. Louis.  Member of American Society for Laser and Surgery Medicine, Certified Aesthetic Nursing Specialty certificate. Cheryl has many years of experience in the aesthetic industry as an aesthetic nurse and clinical trainer for International laser companies.  She has a passion for developing relationships with clients, assisting them in the development of a goal-directed treatment plan and performing state-of-the art treatments. She works with a wide range of energy and light based technologies including lasers, radiofrequency devices , as well as dermal fillers and neuromodulators.

Sarah Suresh, BSN, MA

Aesthetic Nurse, Laser Specialist and Nurse Injector

Rockhurst University B.A. in Psychology, BSN from Saint Louis University and a Masters of Health Administration from Washington University. Previous nursing experience in surgical ICU at SLU.   She has many years of experience in the aesthetic industry and has a passion for working with patients towards developing a comprehensive plan to achieve natural and long lasting results.  She works with a wide range of energy and light based therapies including lasers, radiofrequency devices , and also dermal fillers and neuromodulators.  She is the Laser Safety Officer at Ridenour Plastic Surgery.

Sarah Brinkmann, NP

Aesthetic Nurse, Laser Specialist and Nurse Injector

BSN, Southeast Missouri State University, M.S. in Nursing, Maryville University,  Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Previous experience in Orthopedic Surgery with a focus on peri-operative care, intra-articular injection, and conservative treatment measures.   Sarah has two years of experience in the aesthetic industry and has a passion for individualizing treatment plans for aesthetic aspirations.  She works closely with patients to educate and understand their desired outcome.  Her goal is to provide her patient’s with exceptional results that improve their self-perception and confidence.  She is experienced with lasers, broadband light (IPL), radiofrequency devices, and injectables such as Botox and fillers.

Katelyn Williams, RN, BSN

Aesthetic Nurse, Laser Specialist and Nurse Injector

B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Maryville University, and BSN from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes Jewish College. Previous nursing experience in pediatric and adult emergency medicine at Missouri Baptist Hospital and travel nurse on the East Coast. She is an active member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.  She enjoys injecting neuromodulators (Botox and Dysport) and works with a wide range of energy and light-based technologies including lasers, radiofrequency devices.

Marina Horton, CST

Surgical Practice Manager. STLCC, Board Certified Surgical Technologist

Previous work experience includes Mercy Hospital Operating Rooms, and Mid-American Transplant services.  Marina manages the operations of the surgical practice at Ridenour Plastic Surgery including inventory and purchasing, sterilization safety and standards, instrument maintenance, surgical policies and procedures, and she assists with surgical procedures.  Her primary work focus is optimizing quality, safety and efficiency of surgical services.  She also assists with new patient consultations and minor procedures.

Abbi Carstens, LE

Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician

Southern Illinois University, BS, biology. Licensed Esthetician, Skin Institute.  Currently pursuing a BSN at Chamberlain College of Nursing. Abbi has been an esthetician for 6 years.  She is passionate about healthy, good-looking skin and wants to help every patient find the right solution to their individual skin troubles. She uses a wide-range of treatment techniques including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, lasers, and radiofrequency devices. She also has completed specialty training in Microblading of the brow.  Abbi enjoys the challenges posed by facial aging, acne and acne scars, sun damage and hormone-related pigment.

Kelle O'Neill

Surgical Scheduling Coordinator

University of Central Missouri, B.S. in Public Relations and Spanish. Post Graduate work at Saint Louis University in Organizational Development. Kelle’s previous work experience includes Enterprise, Saint Louis University and political fundraising on the state and national level.

Kelle has been with Ridenour Plastic Surgery for over 6 years.  She enjoys building personal relationships and serves as a primary liaison between the patient, Dr. Ridenour, and all the providers in the practice. She wants to be a helpful resource to every single client at Ridenour Plastic Surgery beginning with their initial phone call. Kelle tries to understand the individual needs of each patient while coordinating their procedures and treatments.  Her focus is to provide our patients with the best and most personalized experience throughout their entire time at our practice.

Kimberly O’Neill

Patient Concierge

BS, Towson University. Previous experience in elementary education (MO DESE Certified PE Teacher k-12, MO DESE Certified Art Teacher k-12), former personal trainer and manager at Kor Komplex fitness facility.  With a love for aesthetics and a passion for working with people, Kimberly joined the Ridenour team where she tries to create a caring and compassionate atmosphere as our Patient Concierge.  While juggling a variety of tasks and busy phones in our administrative area, her goal is to give each client the attention and personal experience that they deserve.

Leanne Ridenour, BSN

Office Manager

BSN, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Nurse Practitioner Program. Previous work experience includes Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Dallas Children’s Hospital), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (Dallas Children’s Hospital), and Home Infusion Therapist (Dana Farber Cancer Institute and University of Washington, Seattle). As Office Manager, Leanne oversees the focus, development and quality of the entire practice operation.  Leanne performs many essential tasks in running the business office and she also assists the administrative team in day to day operations.  She has natural leadership skills and is a mentor to many in the office.
